THIS MEANS WAR

This Means War is an action comedy based espionage when the view of the display of posters, trailers, and the pembesut, McG. Was not mistaken, it's just that they do not know, it is also a romantic movie. Its tagline that said "It's Spy Against Spy" Certainly this has been indicated will be taken where this movie poster if you are keen to observe the emphasis primarily on Spy said. With a peek footage from director Joseph McGinty Nichol's full name, you should not have high expectations heroics against this movie. The presence of Reese Witherspoon and Tom Hardy does not guarantee anything. If from the beginning you are already set high expectations, immediately sent down. Do not expect an entertaining spectacle of clever here because you are in the wrong place. This Means War is a place to entertain an audience that expects spectacle without having to rack my brain with a hard, which means it is filled with cliched scenes nan stupid.

Does it mean This Means War is a bad movie? It depends from what angle you judge it. Clearly, the film made by McG is not the kind of movies that are made to satisfy critics. Manuscript made by duo Timothy Dowling and Simon Kinberg shallow and irregular, but fairly decent for still save quite a lot of intelligent dialogue. Will be full of scenes are entertaining, but far from logical. But of course you do not expect this film will give the composition of scenes that avoid the abuse of common sense, right? The main plot alone is ridiculous. Established a woman named Lauren Scott (Reese Witherspoon) inadvertently love with two CIA agents, FDR (Chris Pine) and Tuck (Tom Hardy), who was good friends. Too many coincidences. But, hey, where Hollywood movies are not met by chance, moreover this is a romantic comedy and the director is McG? Thus, it can still be forgiven. My intention from the beginning of the movie is just simply looking for entertainment, do not be surprised if the weaknesses of This Means War I can still tolerate.

The meeting between Lauren, FDR and Tuck start of Lauren's best friend, Trish (Chelsea Handler), who enroll Lauren to an online dating site following the exacerbation Lauren saw her former lover have been engaged. At the same time, Tuck was trying to register after seeing ads on TV online dating sites. This is where Lauren and Tuck met. After feeling for each other, they decided to do the ground coffee. Whether unlucky or lucky, some time after Lauren Tuck met, by chance he met FDR who teased him in a video rental without knowing that Lauren is dating his best friend. And, Lauren was in a difficult position. He was attracted by two men. No wonder, since they both are men of a sexy, fun, and well established. If you are Lauren, what would you do? Are you going to follow the steps Lauren by dating them both? Or you decide to choose one on the spot? Lauren did not realize that both FDR and Tuck alike have learned that they were dating the same woman. And this means war!

If there is anything I can not accept, then it is Reese Witherspoon. Do not get me wrong, I'm not a hater of the ex-wife, including Ryan Phillippe is, on the contrary, I am a big fan. Its presence here does not feel right in terms of any. After winning the Oscar thanks to the captivating acting in Walk the Line, Reese Witherspoon actually stagnant career by choosing safe roles similar tone. What distinguishes Lauren here with Elizabeth in Just Like Heaven or Lisa on How Do You Know? Almost non-existent. Her chemistry with Tom Hardy and Chris Pine were less convincing. Instead, the bromance between Hardy and Pine feels more appropriate. If Witherspoon is replaced by another actress, it would not affect any of the movies anyway Lauren Scott as if only functioned as cheerleaders by a team of writers. This Means War, though not as bad romantic comedies post Witherspoon Walk the Line, will only make a career record of Witherspoon was not pleasant to look at.
