And, in the end, with the innovations added by Mendes here, Skyfall was easily my  as the best action movie in 2012, and of course as one of the best Bond films. Interwoven intelligent storytelling and evocative emotion, combined with the sweet with the thrilling action, acting stunning and sexy, as well as display images spoil the eye. Watching it once is not enough.
